JAMES E. LEMIRE, MD

Dr. James E. Lemire is a highly experienced and compassionate family medicine doctor dedicated to serving the Ocala, Florida community. With over 20 years in practice, Dr. Lemire is committed to providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.

He received his medical degree from the prestigious Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at Corewell Health – Grand Rapids/Michigan State University. As a primary care physician, Dr. Lemire is your go-to partner for all your basic health needs. He is skilled in treating a wide range of common conditions, including coronary artery disease, arthritis, and hypertension (high blood pressure). He also provides essential preventive care, such as physicals and vaccinations, and can guide you to specialists when needed.

Dr. Lemire holds an active Florida State Medical License, valid through 2027. His extensive experience and dedication ensure that you receive personalized, high-quality care.

SAAD SALMAN MD, MPH

Dr. Saad Salman, an accomplished physician with a focus on both Internal Medicine and Occupational & Environmental Medicine. With active medical licenses in Massachusetts and Florida, Dr. Salman brings a comprehensive approach to patient care. He's a Board Certified Internal Medicine physician from St. John's Riverside Hospital and recently completed his role as Chief Resident at Harvard's Occupational and Environmental Medicine program. You can find him providing care as a hospitalist at Lawrence General Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance, or offering primary care through Magnolia Family Urgent Care.

Dr. Salman isn't just a clinician; he's also a public health innovator. Holding an MPH in Global Health from Harvard, he's driven to make a wider impact. One of his most notable achievements includes his research with Stanford University, where he helped develop a system that enabled the first-ever 3-way liver exchange in Pakistan – a testament to his dedication to improving global health outcomes. He's also been involved in community health initiatives and international projects focused on worker well-being. Dr. Salman's contributions have earned him recognition as a rising leader in public health.

PAWEENA PANANANON, APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP, CHC, LEED AP

Paweena Panananon, APRN, FNP-C, IFMCP, CHC, is a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse dedicated to your health and well-being. With a background spanning over a decade in diverse healthcare settings, Paweena brings a wealth of experience to her practice.

As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), she is adept at providing comprehensive care for both acute and chronic health concerns. What sets Paweena apart is her specialized training in Functional Medicine (IFMCP) and as a Certified Health Coach (CHC). This means she looks beyond symptoms to understand the root causes of your health issues, helping you create a personalized path toward optimal wellness through nutrition, lifestyle, and a deeper understanding of your body.

Paweena's extensive experience includes specialized wound care, where she managed complex cases and supervised Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, as well as critical care and rehabilitation nursing. Her background ensures she provides thorough, thoughtful, and individualized care, empowering you to make informed decisions for your health journey.

LIZETTE GONZALEZ, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, CMSRN

Lizette is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Her extensive background in acute care settings, including supervising nursing teams and caring for patients with complex conditions like heart failure and COPD, means she brings a wealth of knowledge to every patient interaction. She is passionate about empowering people in the South Florida community through education on lifestyle choices and effective disease management at home.
